Harald Schmid has extensive experience in the areas of corporate strategic and financial management.
Prior to joining ADMETOS, Harald Schmid held senior positions in the logistics industry globally. In his roles as Managing Director Global Controlling and CFO of Region Asia at Hapag-Lloyd AG and Head of Corporate Development at United Arab Shipping Company he gained extensive expertise in the areas of performance management, financial steering, corporate M&A, strategic projects as well as corporate and organizational development, among others.
He began his professional career in the Restructuring and Corporate Performance department at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.
Harald Schmid holds a degree in industrial engineering from the University of Karlsruhe and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, USA.
