Our Investment Strategy

We invest our equity only directly in medium-sized companies with focus on special situations and with potential to increase their value, headquartered in Western Europe and focus on majority investments.

Operational and Active Approach

We look for companies where we can make a significant contribution. We help them with strategic realignment, realizing their growth potential and enhancing their operational performance. In each transaction we always try to bring in the added value of a strategic investor.

We also specialize in international carve-outs and complex takeover and corporate situations.

EUR 15-300m in revenue

EBITDA margin from negative to up to 10%

We have no restrictions on specific industries, but we have synergies in selected fields such as in production-oriented companies

Investment Type

Focus on majority Investments including takeovers via debt-equity swaps

Capital Investment

Up to EUR 30m per Transaction. We avoid aggressive types of acquisition financing which restrain companies in their further

Holding Period

No specific period. We invest our capital long term and have no time limit

Exit Strategy

No compulsory exit.
Only selective disinvestments in accordance with our long-term investment strategy
