As a member of the investment team, your task is to actively support the team with a high degree of personal responsibility in the acquisition of medium-sized companies in the DACH region in all phases of the M&A process and portfolio management.
Senior Associate
Responsibilities
- Carrying out due diligence activities in the context of company acquisitions and sales
- Participate in management presentations and conduct site visit
- Analysis of company data (balance sheets, income statement, etc.)
- Analysis of business models, development of growth strategies and restructuring concepts.
- Creation of integrated financial models
- Negotiation support in sale and purchase agreements
- Support with the conception of the financing strategy as well as with the implementation of the re-financing of acquisitions
Your profile
- Graduate in business studies or natural sciences or comparable vocational training as well as initial experience, preferably in the areas Private Equity, M&A or Financial Due Diligence
- You gained your knowledge in a private equity company, a corporate M&A department or a corporate finance consulting firm
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on mentality as well as a high degree of responsibility and strong teamwork
- Excellent analytical skills and result-oriented thinking
- Good endurance and you can operate independently
