Kai Dorn has extensive experience in distressed M&A, carve outs and in the restructuring of mediumsized companies. Before founding ADMETOS Kai Dorn was on the executive board of a publicly listed communications technology company. Prior to that he was Head of M&A of a publicly listed private equity company, responsible for the operational management of an investment portfolio and took over diverse interim management roles with executive responsibilities at distressed portfolio companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
